Seekor ikan kerapu ( sederhana besar )
Bahan A :
1 labu Bawang besar ( dimayang halus )
Bawang putih 3-4 ulas ( diketuk )
Halia 1.5 cm ( dihiris )
Serai 4 batang ( diketuk )
Bahan B :
2 sudu air asam jawa
Sesudu kicap sotong @ sos ikan
Sesudu sos tiram
Serbuk perasa
Daun limau purut
Cili padi
Cara:
1. Bersihkan ikan. panaskan minyak dan tumiskan semua bahan A.
2. Bila agak wangi masukkan sedikit air dan juga bahan B
3. Masukkan serbuk perasa. akhir sekali masukkan ikan dan daun limau purut serta cili padi.
Tambahan:
Kalau suka sayuran, letak aje masa nak masak tu ( lepas masukkan ikan )

• (kesemua bahan diatas dikisar & digoreng untuk membuat special sos)
• 2 sudu sos ikan
• 2 sudu air perahan limau
• Sedikit Gula
• Sedikit Garam
• Tepung jagung (untuk memekat kuah sos)
• Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
Cara-cara
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak ke dalam kuali
2. Setelah minyak panas, masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar
3. Masukkan sos ikan
4. Masukkan air perahan limau
5. Setelah itu masukkan gula, garam dan tepung jagung untuk memekatkan sos
6. Tuangkan sos ke atas ikan
7. Kemudian stimkan ikan dalam kukus selama 10 – 15 minit
